Working With Marie:
Deconstruction Companion
Deep Deconstruction & Embodied Reconnection
This work isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching as it’s been co-opted by capitalism. It’s not spirituality that bypasses pain with platitudes.
It’s relational, decolonial, body-aware conversation—a space to dismantle what supremacy cultures have done to your nervous system, your sense of reality, and your capacity to belong to yourself.
What This Work Is
I companion people who are unlearning domination—not just patriarchy, but the entire matrix of supremacy culture: white supremacy, Christian supremacy, capitalism, heteronormativity. These systems fragment our bodies and fracture our trust in ourselves.
Together, we engage in the slow work of:
Nervous System Literacy: Learning to notice what your body is doing beneath language—fight, flight, freeze, fawn—and why that wisdom matters
Emotional Literacy: Seeing emotions not as inconvenient or shameful but as essential messengers in a culture that taught us to suppress
Deconstructing Patriarchy as Culture: Unlearning dominance scripts, performative productivity, and moralistic judgment as identity
Undoing Epistemological Abuse: Naming the ways systems have taught you that your knowing isn’t real or trustworthy
Returning to Embodiment: Reclaiming the body as your compass—not a problem to be fixed but a source of clarity, timing, and truth
Recognizing Whiteness as Conditioning: For white people, making whiteness visible in your nervous system and relational patterns—not as shame but as part of your deconstruction
Making Room for Unmarketable Truth: Honoring grief, anger, ambivalence, contradiction—everything capitalism tells you to flatten or monetize
This work is an unlearning of all the false gods: productivity as worth, clarity as speed, spiritual perfectionism, and binary thinking.
How It Happens
You bring your full, unsanitized self. I meet you there. No script. No method. Just mutual respect, presence, and a shared commitment to not perpetuating domination in this space.
We listen to what your body is doing, and why
We name patterns without fixing or pathologizing
We deconstruct the internalized narratives of supremacy culture
We center the body—not just as metaphor, but as a site of liberation
We hold complexity, slowly, without needing resolution
This is not a strategy session. It’s not enlightenment-for-sale. It’s the radical act of staying with what capitalism, whiteness, and Christian hegemony trained you to dissociate from.
Who This Resonates With
This space is for you if:
You’ve survived spiritual abuse, purity culture, emotional neglect, or capitalist burnout
You’re white and want to deconstruct your own conditioning without centering fragility
You feel emotionally fragmented, spiritually confused, or dissociated from your own knowing
You’re done with the guru/coach/mentor paradigm and want relational mutuality
You’re craving sovereignty, self-trust, and clarity that doesn’t rely on someone else’s plan
You are committed to liberation—not just for yourself, but for the collective
What I’m Not
I don’t offer therapy, clinical diagnoses, or trauma healing protocols
I’m not a spiritual teacher, coach, or guide with steps to follow
I don’t hold caretaking roles—I will not become a surrogate parent or emotional manager
I don’t perform authority, market my worth, or seek to keep you coming back
I don’t sanitize language, truths, or grief to make it more palatable

Why This Work Exists
Dominating cultures fracture us from within—dislocating us from our bodies, our truth, and each other. Healing isn’t about becoming better—it’s about unbecoming what domination has required of us.
This space is one small counter-offering to systems of white supremacy, Christian supremacy, and capitalist extraction. It’s a return to relational clarity, nervous system integrity, and slow embodied truth.
