While contemplating this morning, I began to write down some of the polarities my mind is ruminating on. The outcome is paralysis, indecision, and low self-esteem. Modern living as a “healing” homo sapien is confusing.

I started coaching for ethical non-monogamy because a) I talked openly about it and, therefore, b) people started to ask me lots of questions about it. The same thing is happening with the realm of plant medicine. So I've officially added a new "coaching" option for my client work. It's a passion of mine to educate and support others as they chose to explore this avenue of healing. I bring my traumatic experiences in religion to the work I do and keep it in the front of my mind as I deal with folx from our kind of backgrounds as well as the type of development neglect many of us experienced in our religious family systems.
