Today I talk about the awesomeness that are my parents and the healing opportunities I've been presented due to the work they're doing on their own lives.

I’ve been doing some creative writing today and found myself playfully making a list of qualities that my preferred god would have.

The qualities I listed ended up being much more about the kind of Self I’d want to have. So gradually, it merged into that as an intention.

THEN… I went on a walk downtown and meditated on what I’d been writing about and took pictures that in some way resonated with it.

Today's background is a bunch of kids playing a mix of Capture the Flag and LARPing. I talk about my recent conversation with my coach where we explored the possibility that I may be considered by the psychological community as "gifted and talented" or "twice exceptional". It's a lot to chew on.

This week I contemplate how my psychedelic trip nearly 2 years ago may have resulted in more derealization and cynicism without adequate integration.

In today's episode, I share about some new approaches I'm considering regarding how I relate to myself having to do with community and... TV!
