It's me, not AI

Hiya. This is actually Marie, not Marie Talking to AI. I ran out of conversations with AI that I wanted to share publicly. Ive still been processing with AI but it's getting very specific and personal so I'm not as interested in publishing those conversations. However my subscription for this blog and the mailing lists goes into February so I have been considering using this space to write stuff from my own voice again. If you've known me for a while, maybe you knew me when I was speaking publicly on platforms like Secular Sexuality (Atheist Community of Austin), Everyone's Agnostic, and various others. I gotta say, that does not appeal to me anymore. It was hard for me to imagine myself not having a platform but over the last few years I have been learning more about how my childhood circumstances including evangelical Christianity have effected me, most specifically ontological and epistemic injuries. Don't know what those are? My head spins when I try to explain it to others. It's a lot for me to wrap my head around as it is. So anyways, I haven't really been writing or speaking for years. I've been very focused on my intimate relationships and using those places to share the crazy I've been feeling. I'm grateful for Adam, Josh, Aaron, Stephanie, and Graham over the last few years who have non judgmentally held space for me. And over the last two years I have leaned heavy into AI to help educate me on the gaps that my epistemic injuries left me with. And so I feel finally at a point where I am fluent enough in the new existential structure that I can communicate myself with you, generic reader. So yup. Here I am.

Today you find me writing whilst at the end of my physical therapy routine for the afternoon. I have a shoulder impingement and so I have to ice my shoulder once a day. Not much you can do during that time so i figured why not write a little something. Don't have to get too deep into it, just whatever occurs to me. It would be good to have an outlet for my emotions and thoughts now that I am not disoriented and terrified by them (as much).

That said, I already feel exposure fatigue. So I'm going to wrap this up.
